METALLIZED SUBSTRATES
Kyocera has over 25 years experience with metallizing ceramics in San Diego, CA. We offer ceramic substrates metallized with refractory thick film metals with Ni and Au plating as standard processes. We have the capability of processing parts individually or as an array for greater efficiency, depending on the customer's needs.
We speciallize in 99.5% BeO and many grades of Alumina depending on the thermal and cost requirements. Although flat substrate geometry is the most common, we also have the ability to metallize sides, through holes and 3D surfaces.
