Vacation Pay
Kyocera group companies provide paid vacation ranging from 10 to 21 work days per year, based on the employee's length of service with Kyocera. All vacation is accrued biweekly, and accumulates (is not forfeited) if not used.

Holiday Pay
Kyocera provides ten paid holidays per year, which typically include:
  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
  • Floating Holidays (4)

Sick Pay
  • Non-exempt employees receive six days per year.

Jury Duty Deferential Pay
  • Unlimited

U.S. Military Leave
  • Maximum of two work weeks

Bereavement Pay
  • Employees will be given up to 3 work days time off with pay to attend the funeral or mourn the death of a family member.
