KYOCERA Mita America Announces Executive Appointments

Zenko Suzuki appointed executive vice president of corporate planning and Mark O’Hara vice president of business planning

Fairfield, NJ – April 7, 2006 – Kyocera Mita America, one of the world’s leading document imaging companies, today announced two executive appointments. Yoshihiro “Zenko” Suzuki has been appointed executive vice president of the Corporate Planning Group and Mark O’Hara has assumed the role of vice president of business planning. Mr. Suzuki, who reports directly to Mike Pietrunti, president and chief operating officer of Kyocera Mita America, assumed his role on March 1. Mr. O’Hara reports to Mr. Suzuki and began his new position on March 6.

Mr. O’Hara brings 29 years of experience in operations, sales and marketing, as well as deep knowledge of the industry.”

Prior to his new role, Mr. Suzuki was the corporate sales manager for the European sales division of Kyocera Mita Europe. He managed the OEM business for Olivetti, TA, Sagem, Lenovo and Wipro at Kyocera Mita Corporation in Osaka. He also worked at Kyocera Mita France as the divisional manager, where he was charged with directing the multifunctional product (MFP) business in France. Mr. Suzuki has over 20 years of experience in sales and management.

Mr. O’Hara was formerly director of business operations for Sharp Electronics Corporation, which he joined in 1984. In that role, Mr. O’Hara provided management and direction in all facets of business operations, administration and supply chain management for the Sharp Document Solution Company of America.
