KYOcapture v. 4.5 Lets End Users Quickly and Intuitively Share Critical Documents with Colleagues in Multiple Locations

 
Fairfield, New Jersey – March 22, 2006 - Kyocera Mita America, one of the world's leading document imaging companies, today introduced KYOcapture v. 4.5, powered by AutoStore, an upgraded version of KYOcapture, Kyocera’s award-winning server-based Document Capture Workflow Solution. KYOcapture 4.5 allows organizations to optimize their workflow by enabling Kyocera multi-functional products (MFPs) to seamlessly capture, process and route paper or electronic-based documents to multiple locations and document management systems. The result is a document workflow process that is fast, smart and easy.

KYOcapture 4.5 features enhanced functionality. A number of core components now come standard with the core server, including basic image management, encryption, PDF conversion, watermarking, workflow tracking and various route components.

KYOcapture 4.5 is compatible with the following Kyocera Mita America MFPs: KM-2630, KM-3035, KM- 4035, KM-5035, KM-6030, and KM-8030. Additional Kyocera MFPs can be connected using Poll Directory or SMTP Capture components.
