Kevin Flood Named Vice President, KYOCERA Mita America Dealer Division

Seasoned Sales and Marketing Executive to Lead Aggressive Growth and Channel Development Plan with KYOCERA Mita Dealers

Fairfield, New Jersey - November 1, 2006 - Kyocera Mita America, one of the world's leading document imaging companies, today announced that Kevin Flood has been named vice president, Kyocera dealer division, reporting to Ed Bialecki, senior vice president of Kyocera Mita America US sales. Mr. Flood will focus his efforts on developing the future growth strategy of our Kyocera dealer division, building on Kyocera's history of reliable and cost-effective monochrome and color multifunctional products (MFPs) ECOSYS printers and solutions.

"The promotion of Kevin Flood to this important position will significantly strengthen the Kyocera Mita America sales management team and will help us accomplish our aggressive sales goals," said Ed Bialecki, senior vice president, Kyocera Mita America, US Sales. "Kevin's contribution to the organization, as well his leadership skills and extensive experience, will help drive our continued success and lead to market share expansion for both Kyocera Mita America and our valued dealers."

Prior to his promotion, Mr. Flood served as vice president of national and government accounts at Kyocera for the last four years, where he was responsible for driving Kyocera's sales strategy and growth with Fortune 1000 and government accounts.

Previously, Mr. Flood spent 14 years at Sharp Electronics where he held the position of associate vice president of national and government accounts, heading up a multi-million dollar a year division with responsibility for sales, marketing, administration and finance for national and government accounts.
