Kyocera Mita Announces the KM-F1050 High Volume Fax Machine
Fairfield, New Jersey -- February 5, 2002 -- Kyocera Mita America, Inc., one Kyocera Mita America, Inc., one of the world's leading document imaging companies, introduces the KM-F1050 fax machine with a broad array of productive features such as a 1.7 quick scan, 33.6Kbps Super G3 modem, 70 sheet ADF, up to 760 page memory and up to 1,250 sheet paper capacity. In addition, its multi-tasking capability allows the user to transmit and fax from memory while simultaneously printing from a PC or receiving a fax or printing a fax from memory. All of this provides for a very powerful fax that will meet the needs of the most demanding environments.
In addition, it has 32 one-touch keys, 40 one-touch auto dialer keys, 160 abbreviated dials and capability to broadcast and poll up to 232 locations providing powerful capabilities for any office.
With its standard bi-directional parallel port, 600 dpi printing at up to speeds of 10.2 pages per minute and 400 x 400 dpi scanning and copying, the KM-F1050 is a truly a multifunctional imaging system for any office. Kyocera Mita's document management software allows scanned images to be easily managed and shared by networks and PCs.

The manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the KM-F1050 base unit is $2,495. 250 sheet and 500 sheet optional cassettes are available for $349 and $539 respectively. An all-in-one imaging cartridge providing a 12,000-page yield based on ITU-T Image no. 1, providing for minimal user interaction.
