San Diego -- (June 2, 2005) -- Kyocera Wireless Corp., a leading global manufacturer of CDMA wireless phones and devices, today unveiled a new wireless phone called the Kyocera Dorado KX13 at the BREW™ 2005 Conference. A slim bar-style phone with a large color screen and a front-facing speakerphone, Dorado KX13 is an ideal platform for games or ringtones, which can be downloaded over the air via BREW or Java™. With its built-in flashlight and internal antenna, Dorado is a sleek, compact and affordable choice for the user on the go.

"The BREW 2005 Conference is a perfect venue to announce this phone because its features are ideal for using BREW applications such as games and ringtones," said Lee Ittner, vice president of global sales and marketing at Kyocera Wireless Corp. "There is definitely still a need in the market for an attractive and functional bar-style phone at the lower price tier, and Dorado is unlike anything we've ever done before."
