Kyocera Lifts SARS-Related Travel Restrictions

July 8, 2003 -- Kyocera Corporation today lifted all SARS-related travel restrictions in view of a World Health Organization assessment that the global SARS outbreak has been contained.

 

However, since the SARS virus itself has not been eradicated, Kyocera employees traveling on business are urged to exercise good judgment, avoid excessive exposure to crowds whenever possible, and wash hands frequently.
