Kyocera Mita Launches Branding Campaign in North America
Campaign Centers on People Friendly Theme and Highlights Simplicity of Kyocera Mita Products and Solutions for Dealers, End Users and Several Vertical Industries
Las Vegas, April 24, 2003 -- Kyocera Mita, one of the world's leading document imaging companies, today announced a $15 million branding campaign for North America at its annual dealer meeting in Las Vegas. Focusing on the People Friendly nature of the company, the campaign communicates how the technology behind the Kyocera Mita family of products and solutions simplifies the business lives of everyday people.Kyocera Mita advertising is part of an overall branding strategy that adds value to the companys independent dealer and reseller network though a number of activities. These would include sales and marketing support, the best training initiatives in the office products industry and a number of new e-initiatives, which are also being introduced today at the Kyocera Mita National Dealer Meeting.
We are investing strategically and aggressively to promote the Kyocera Mita brand in North America, said Peter Hendrick, director, marketing communications at Kyocera Mita. This campaign will raise brand awareness by leveraging the advanced technology leadership of Kyocera Mita products and solutions as part of our promise to simplify the business lives of people who use them.
Kyocera Mita advertising will hit the airwaves and print media across North America starting on April 25 and will appear in business, news cable and lifestyle networks. A broad array of major business publications are incorporated in the media schedule as are information technology, office equipment trades, government and select vertical trade media. During the course of the year, Kyocera Mita will co-sponsor Fox College Football along with other Kyocera Corporation brands, in an effort to reach a broader market.
