KYOCERA Mita America Appoints William Cassidy Associate Director, Product and Solutions Marketing

Fairfield, NJ –April 11, 2006 –Kyocera Mita America, one of the world’s leading document imaging companies, announced William Cassidy, formerly product marketing manager for high-volume multi-functional products (MFPs) and wide format, has been appointed associate director, product sales and solutions marketing effective April 1, 2006.

Mr. Cassidy will oversee the implementation of Kyocera’s aggressive marketing and solutions strategy for products including ECOSYS printers, multi-functional products, facsimile, color products, wide format imaging systems and software applications. In addition, Mr. Cassidy will lead a team of product managers to support Kyocera’s award-winning line of products. He reports to Peter Hendrick, vice president of marketing at Kyocera.

Mr. Cassidy joined Kyocera in 1999 as system sales trainer for color and wide format products covering the northeast, midwest and southeast. In 2003 he was promoted to his most recent position of product marketing manager. Prior to joining Kyocera, Mr. Cassidy served as a sales account representative for both Ricoh and Xerox.
