KYOCERA Mita America Expands Color Product Line With KM-C4008 Digital Workgroup System

Color Multifunctional Product Delivers High Quality Output Reliably, Quickly and Cost-Effectively

Fairfield, New Jersey – April 5, 2006 – Kyocera Mita America, one of the world’s leading document imaging companies, today introduced the KM-C4008, a color multifunctional product (MFP) designed for small workgroup environments. The KM-C4008, which delivers 40 pages per minute (ppm) monochrome and 8-ppm color output, is a versatile and productive addition to Kyocera’s family of color MFPs.

The KM-C4008 comes standard with printing and scanning capabilities, as well as a 150 sheet Multi-Purpose Tray (MPT), 500 Sheet Paper Drawer and 40 GB Hard Disk Drive. It also comes with an industry-leading 600,000-page amorphous silicon drum (Asi) and a 25,000 black toner yield, which minimizes supply costs and the cumulative environmental impact.
