A compact silver flip phone with an easy-to-use keypad for quick dialing and text messaging, KX9e offers a high-quality, 65,000-color display, a loud and clear speakerphone and Kyocera's renowned intuitive user interface. Designed with simplicity in mind, KX9e includes polyphonic ringtones, a vivid 1.6" 128x128 pixel color display, and voice memo capability that allows for easy voice "notes" on the go.

With a powerful speakerphone, voice-activated dialing and vibrate alert, KX9e also features preloaded polyphonic ring tones and screen savers; predictive text input for rapid text messaging; Enhanced Messaging Service (EMS) for downloading ringtones from Mycricket.com; a contact directory and volume controls on the side of the phone. Productivity tools include a scheduler, calculator, alarm clock, stopwatch, tip calculator, countdown timer, and voice memos.

The Kyocera KX9e measures 1.88 in. x 3.46 in. x 0.98 in. and weighs 3.5 ounces with CDMA talk time up to 3.5 hours and standby time up to 175 hours.
