KYOCERA Mita America Strengthens Line of Full-Color Desktop Printing Solutions

FS-C5015N and the FS-C5025N full color printers provide superior performance and professional color output for today's expanding workgroup

Fairfield, New Jersey - November 27, 2006 - Kyocera Mita America, one of the world's leading document solutions companies, today introduced the FS-C5015N and the FS-C5025N full color printers. These powerful desktop models offer speed, versatility, reliability and quality output for today's business workgroups looking to make the transition from monochrome to color at an affordable price.

Businesses require fast and affordable printing solutions; the FS-C5015N and the FS-C5025N rise to the challenge delivering 17 pages per minute (ppm) and 22-ppm output in both color and monochrome, respectively. Both devices have an outstanding 600 dpi multi-bit color image quality. The FS-C5015N and the FS-C5025N each have a standard 10/100Base TX Ethernet interface for seamless network integration.

The FS-C5015N and FS-C5025N printers include a 500-sheet paper drawer and a 100-sheet multi-purpose tray. With the addition of paper handling and options, the FS-C5015N has a maximum paper capacity of 1,100 sheets while the FS-C5025N has a maximum capacity of 2,100 sheets. With the ability to print from letter and legal sized paper, both printers can handle paper weight ranging from 16 - 28 lb bond along with various paper types including recycled, transparencies, cardstock, labels, postcards and envelopes.

Both devices also have a standard print memory of 128MB (upgradeable to 640MB via 100 Pin DDR DIMMs). An optional 40GB Hard Disk Drive enables document printing and e-MPS functions, private print, job storage, proof and hold, and virtual mailboxes to help offices maximize product functionality while minimizing room for user error or confidentiality breaches. Both printers are compatible with Windows, Novell, Mac, and UNIX operating systems.

The FS-C5015N and the FS-C5025N are available through authorized Kyocera Mita America dealers at a manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of $1,270 for the FS-C5015N and $2,013 for the FS-C5025N.
