KYOCERA Mita America Names Cadi Houck Associate Director, Education Services
FAIRFIELD, N.J. – JULY 11, 2007 -- Kyocera Mita America, Inc., one of the world's leading document solutions companies, today announced Cadi Houck, formally Manager, Education Services, has been appointed Associate Director of Education Services, effective immediately.
Cadi will be reporting to Peter Hendrick, Vice President of Marketing, and is responsible for aiding in the development of the strategic objectives of the education services department, in addition to directly leading the in-house team and field trainers.
“Cadi’s appointment is a well deserved promotion,” said Peter Hendrick, vice president of marketing at Kyocera Mita America. “During Cadi’s short tenure at Kyocera, she has been able to execute on a number of critical education initiatives, including online end-user training for our series of color and monochrome multifunctional products, and completion of a new field training curriculum. That is why I’m confident that Cadi will continue to excel and will be key to the success of our dealers and keeping Kyocera competitive within the industry.”
Houck comes from an extensive background of training, curriculum development, and delivery and results analysis. She also has a great deal of experience in client relationship management, team leadership, and computer based learning applications. Cadi joined Kyocera Mita America from MarketSource, Inc. where she held the position of Training Manager. Prior to MarketSource, Inc. Cadi served as Training Staff Manager at AT&T Consumer. While at AT&T, Cadi provided training support, analyzed product and business requirements to support technical and promotional training as well as managed training for newly launched call centers.
