KYOCERA Mita America Introduces Online End-User Support Training for Award Winning Color and Monochrome Multifunctional Products (MFPs)
FAIRFIELD, N.J. – July 26, 2007 – Kyocera Mita America, Inc., one of the world's leading document solutions companies, today announced the availability of end-user support training for the KM-5050, KM-4050, KM-3050, KM-C3232, KM-C3225 and KM-C2520 multifunctional products, through Kyocera’s online Learning Center.
To ensure that dealer’s customers benefit from the simplicity and user-friendly nature of Kyocera products, the Learning Center provides videos and PDFs of step-by-step instructions for a range of end-user tasks. These video links and PDFs can be used by the dealer organization, or can also be emailed to end-users looking for a solution quickly. Some of the tasks on the Learning Center include: how to load paper, replacing the toner, accessing the touch screen interface, to name a few.
