KYOCERA MITA America Promotes Akisa Matsuda to Director, Software Solutions

FAIRFIELD, N.J., July 29, 2008 ― Kyocera Mita America, Inc., one of the world's leading document solutions companies, today announced the promotion of Akisa Matsuda to the position of Director, Software Solutions. In this role, Ms. Matsuda will be responsible for leading Kyocera Mita America’s Software Solutions Group, and expanding the availability of integrated, embedded and customized software offerings.

Under Ms. Matsuda’s leadership, the group will work closely with Kyocera Mita Corporation’s Software Marketing and Research & Development teams, as well as with third-party software vendors and business partners to develop customized software offerings that will help dealers evolve their sales models from stand-alone to digitally connected installations.

Ms. Matsuda brings more than 10 years of industry experience in sales, marketing and other business disciplines, including: finance, accounting and business development. Previously at Kyocera Mita America, she served as Product Planning Manager, Solutions Strategies. She earned an M.S. in Design and Environmental Analysis/Marketing from Cornell University.
