KYOCERA Introduces New Ceramic Coated Cookware with Proprietary Technology to Outlast and Outperform

Costa Mesa, Calif. – April 7, 2014 - Kyocera, the world’s No.1 producer of advanced ceramics, presents a new Ceramic Coated Cookware line featuring its proprietary ceramic nonstick coating technology that has been shown to outlast and outperform other leading brands.

This exclusive coating provides superior nonstick performance that is safe, scratch resistant and very easy to clean. It is PTFE-free, PFOA-free and Cadmium-free.

The new line includes 8-inch, 10-inch and 12-inch fry pans, designed to perform on all cooking surfaces, including induction.  The pans are oven-safe up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Kyocera Ceramic Coated Cookware stands out for its quick and even heat distribution.  A heavy gauge aluminum body clad with a stainless steel base provides excellent thermal conductivity.  Engineered to professional grade standards, the design features a riveted stainless steel handle that is comfortable in hand and highly durable.

Backed by a limited lifetime warranty, the fry pans sell for $44.95 for 8-inch, $54.95 for 10-inch and $64.95 for 12-inch.

Kyocera Corporation has been ranked as the world’s No.1 manufacturer of advanced ceramics by Ceramics Industry magazine. The pioneer in advanced ceramic cutlery and kitchen tools, Kyocera has sold over 10 million ceramic knives worldwide.  Kyocera Ceramic Coated Cookware, a natural line extension, is now available in the United States after several years as a new product success story in Japan.
